1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Car City Custom LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a LLC located at Car City 2/1 – Los Angeles, regarding your use of our website at https://carcitycustom.com and our automotive services including window tinting, fleet wraps, and commercial vinyl graphics.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Car City Custom provides the following services in the Los Angeles area:

2.1 Window Tinting Services

Residential vehicle window tinting
Various film options: Dyed, Carbon, and Nano Ceramic
Mobile service available at customer locations
Warranty coverage varies by film type (6 months to Lifetime)

2.2 Commercial Services

Fleet vehicle wraps and branding
Commercial storefront vinyl graphics
Custom design, printing, and installation
Vehicle branding solutions

2.3 Service Areas

Our primary service area is Los Angeles, California, and surrounding areas. Mobile services are
available within our designated service radius.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
Additional charges may apply for complex installations or special requests
All prices are in US dollars

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
We accept cash and online payments processed through HouseCall Pro
A deposit may be required for large commercial projects
Returned checks will incur a $35 fee

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
For commercial projects, cancellation terms will be specified in the service agreement

4. Service Performance and Warranties

4.1 Workmanship

We guarantee professional installation and quality workmanship. We are fully licensed.

4.2 Product Warranties

Window tinting warranties vary by film type:
Dyed Film: 6-month warranty, 20% UV protection
Carbon Film: Lifetime warranty, 99% UV protection
Nano Ceramic Film: Lifetime warranty, superior heat rejection and UV protection

4.3 Warranty Coverage

Our warranties cover:
Defects in materials
Bubbling, peeling, or adhesion failure under normal conditions
Color fading or discoloration

4.4 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:
Damage from accidents, vandalism, or abuse
Normal wear and tear
Damage from window defects or failures
Improper care or cleaning
Modifications made by others

4.5 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:
Contact us within the warranty period
Provide proof of service (receipt or invoice)
Allow us to inspect the work
Remedy will be repair or replacement at our discretion

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Vehicle Condition

Ensure vehicle windows are clean and in good condition
Disclose any existing window damage or defects
Remove personal items from vehicle before service
Provide safe and accessible workspace for mobile services

5.2 Legal Compliance

Ensure tinting complies with local and state laws
California law requires minimum 70% light transmission on front side windows
Customer is responsible for legal compliance of tinting darkness

5.3 Care Instructions

Follow provided care instructions for tinted windows
Wait recommended curing time before window operation
Use approved cleaning products and methods

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits or business interruption
Damage to vehicle electronics or other components
Pre-existing vehicle defects or damage

6.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6.3 Time Limitation

Claims must be made within one year of service completion.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Design Work

For custom design work, we retain rights to design concepts until final payment is received. Upon full
payment, customer receives rights to use designs for their intended purpose.

7.2 Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to photograph and use completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes
unless customer specifically requests otherwise in writing.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use,
and protect your information.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

9.2 Dispute Process

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. For disputes that cannot be
resolved directly:
Disputes under $5,000 may be resolved through small claims court
Larger disputes may require mediation or arbitration
Legal proceedings must be brought in Los Angeles County, California

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including
but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, or supply chain
disruptions.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in
full force and effect.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon
posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
